In the summer of 2016, Jean Schweyer and Elizabeth Watts began KENTAEGEN a multi-disciplinary design atelier where their skills and experience of interior design, architecture, product design, set design and carpentry are shared.
KENTAEGEN offers comprehensive interior design, furniture and accessory selection, and the bespoke design and hand fabrication of furniture and objects for private and commercial clients.
Encompassed within the work of KENTAEGEN is a strong investment in the concept, and the will to develop ideas into beautiful, coveted designs.
Prior to forming KENTAEGEN Elizabeth was working at Moreno:Masey Architects producing award-winning interior designs for commercial clients, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Nandos. Elizabeth has a degree in Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, and studied Product Design at Central Saint Martins - now University of the Arts - London.
Jean has over 15 years experience working in set design for cinema and television, ranging from big scale blockbusters to small independents. During this time he has developed his own furniture design and established his skills in carpentry. He now has his own workshop where he is able to design and handcraft bespoke furniture and objects.
